What to include
For listing corrections, include the trainer name, profile URL if you have it, and the specific detail that needs updating — for example accreditation status, phone number or service area.
For trainer claims, mention your relationship to the business and which profile you would like to manage. You can also use the claim form on individual trainer profiles.
Response times
We aim to respond within three to five working days. Urgent safety concerns should be directed to AVS or a veterinarian as appropriate — we are a directory, not an emergency service.
